SIX-YEAR-OLD daredevil Hudson Lennon says he dreams about his death-defying stunts every night.
The young daredevil will be a big attraction when he rides in the Globe of Death at Hudsons Circus which starts its run of Townsville shows tonight.
The Globe of Death act includes three motorcyclists riding inside a round steel cage.
Hudson has circus pedigree; his mother is a trapeze artist and his dad, Shane, is a fifth-generation circus performer and owns the circus named after his son.
Hudson said he had done “lots and lots of training”.
“I ride the Globe of Death because I’m a daredevil and love the challenge,” he said.
“It will give a nice fresh feel to the show,” he said.
Mr Lennon said his heart “skips a beat” when his young son performs in the show.
“But he puts so much concentration and training into it. He’s been training for a year and a half and the level of skill he has for his age is amazing,” he said.
Mr Lennon said the circus would feature new ring mistress Jane De Goldi, back in charge after recovering from a neck injury. The circus tent is next to Annandale Shopping Centre on the Bruce Highway.
