Part of the Halloween Unfairground event, organisers are seeking people willing to act within live ‘scare zones’ during the nights of October 25-28 and October 31.
According to the job description: “We are looking for strong individuals who can bring high levels of energy, improvisation techniques, and dedication to the team.

Applicants must also be comfortable working in environments that are physically and mentally demanding. This could include working in small spaces, in the darkness outside and with a variety of special effects.
Event manager Hollie Otley said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to get acting experience as they will be working alongside professionals and they will also receive training from actor and author Andy Rawlings who is highly regarded in the scare industry.”
Auditions will take place Wednesday evening (October 3) and on Tuesday, October 16, from 6pm-9pm.
Hollie added: “If applicants are successful, we write to them to assign them their character and scare zone, and invite them to attend the training session on October 24.
Actors will go on to work in the House of Murders, Freak Show, Dead End, Crazy Circus, House of Horrors ALIVE!, and The Unfair Ground attractions.
Applicants must be 18 or older and have full availability on each day of the event.
